Hi,

I suffered from depression from the ages of 14 right up until i was around 21. If you feel the same way that i did during that time, then i don't think anything anyone says will really make you feel better. Depression is like a huge cloud that sits over you and bears down on you day and night. And all i can say is that i hope you have people around you that are there for you.

I just woke up one day and the cloud was gone. Honestly. If you really feel like you can't cope with it, then you should take medication or something because there really is hope for you. I didn't get any help or any medication for mine, and i got over it. I have never felt like i did back then and i just hope that you can see yourself through it somehow too.

Maybe even writing down your thoughts would at least keep your mind occupied because i know it can seem like your mind is going like ten to the dozen all of the time. It can be cathartic in a way, even if it upsets you even more, i think that if it makes you feel more then that's a good thing; because as soon as you stop feeling anything then you're in trouble.

I hope my rambling helps you a tiny tiny bit.

Much hugs xxxxx
