There was a Mental Health Parity Act signed into law in October of 2008 which provided coverage requirements for policies going into effect after October 9, 2009. The details on the requirements of large group policies can be found here:

This will apply to policies whose plan years begin after October 9, 2009 (next week).
Maybe this will help you a little. I'm not sure what they expect you to do in the meantime.
