China Doll's post made me think of an email I got from a friend recently. I'd like to post part of it. It's one of those things that makes you go, "hhmmm".
"Was doing my channel surfing this afternoon and stopped on Fox to see what was going on since I try to look at all sides. Anyway, I don't even know who's show it was but of course they were talking about health care. This young reporter said she had just learned something and that in the past three years the top 10 insurance companies had raised their rates 123% and that in the past 10 years these top 10 companies had made a 428% profit. Then there was one of those pregnant pauses where you could hear a mouse peeing on a cotton ball and the moderator said they needed to go to a commercial. When they came back the reporter was not to be seen on the set. As I have said before, some folks just don't want to hear the truth. "
