HE might say yes, but I do not know of ANY hospital psych ward that even allows you to have your cell phone, much more a laptop! Good luck with that. And if you could be online in the hospital, why not at home doing the same thing? Wait, why do you have a laptop when you live in your car? Oh?? Did you get a place to live???? I must've missed that!
