I can not read what I wanted to read becasue this keeps getting my attention instead.
I was on another site and there was an ad for Vyvanase. It would have a picture or whatever then scroll all the side effects and warnings. Again, I could not focus on what I wanted to read because of this distraction.

My question, and please correct me if I am wrong, but do these companies actually understand ADD? Do they not know that their distractions are irritating and frustrating to some ADDers? Anyone know what I mean? One of my symptoms and peeves at myself is that I can not read unless I can totally focus. Well how can I focus if there is blinking ads right beside???

Any input on this would be appreciated.

Thanks!

There were a couple of forums I used to go on before here *GASP! NO WAY!*
The one before was only arguments about "do you put your kids on meds or not" war...
Then there was the one geared towards ADD/ADHD, that was not very ADHD friendly (visually) and the people tended to be more judgmental.

Then, here we are. The thing about medication is I think it can be a great thing, but it isn't for everybody! If we just got information out there without the debate, I think more people would get more clear and true information that way... dang it... how do I get off this thing?
