Lol well the thing is, I am writing the point down when I forget it >.< but I think I will try to write it in a couple of words, then work on putting it into a sentence.
Yeah sleeping is a bit all over the place for me right now, always tired, alll the time, can't change that. I can't cut down on sugar, or caffiene, because I don't eat either, is there a specific food nutrition wise that could help focus?
It's not writers block, I always know what to write, I just forget it as I'm writing it. But ty for the tip, I use that already

so it's a very good one.
I'm going to try all of these things.
