Just how bad are your mood swings? I am wondering if that has been discussed with you.....

Anti-depressants are good short term(or they where for me).......but didn't last for long in their effect.....

The best combination I found was lithium and thorazine(or seroquel or other anti-psychotics).......but I was extremely violent and my mood swings where horrendous.......so they had to control me somehow!!

Maybe an anti-psychotic/mood stabiliser? Have you got any of those on your prescription system? An anti-depressant is a good place to start. I have been on over 15 different types, with different outcomes. Paxil I have not tried.
