I am happy for you, ellyb! I'm glad that you are doing so well.
I do take fish oil and a bunch of other vitamins as well.
But I also take psych meds and would love to stop. But there is so much pressure from T and Pdoc and my family that I just can't. I have even been threatened with involuntary hospitalization if I ever stop my meds.
But I am pretty sure wanting to get off meds is my illness talking.
Because whenever I go off meds I decompose.
