It's okay my friend to cry....but the key is standing up after that and keep walking....moving on with your life....
I've been experiencing a great sadness for a while....and it's been getting worse with dead of my lovely dad....since then, I'm crying every single day....but feel I'm getting even stronger and thinking about my life and how to be happy and strong....
This may sound crazy, but last night, I talked to myself and I yelled at myself for being stupid think about same thing over and over....for nagging too much....yes, I screamed at myself as a friend....like talking to a friend, I was talking to myself and responding it back....then, I felt so great....
Yes....I've been sad for awhile, but I blame myself for that....
Just take care of yourself and don't be so hard on yourself....
