There's some really good advice on here. Yes, i agree that crying is a good thing. I cry a lot and i used to feel very ashamed about it, but i'm starting to feel better about crying. I have found that crying is comforting to me and it helps me to feel better during tough times. Sometimes when you need to really express yourself and get things out, crying is the best way to do it. It's even better if you have a good friend or family member who will listen and be a shoulder to cry on.
