I would just like to note something here...
I cried a lot too. It's only been within the last few months that when I have been very upset, and WANTED to cry, I haven't been able to. I can think of one time in the last 3 months I truly cried as I needed to, and unfortunately, it was durring/after a therapy session with my husband, AND I still had to go into work... The timing was bad.
Be good to yourself and don't forget to pick yourself up and do that forward movement thing.
