Melinda are you getting treatment for your depression, and anxiety? If not you might need to be treated for it. I my self have panic disorder. That alone can really make your life miserable. Before I was treated for it my bf had a hard time being around me, because I was always stressed, and freaking out all the time.
I would also like to say that you are good enough for your bf. If he didn't want to be with you then he wouldn't have came to be with you. IMO that says something in my book.
You could try writing down your feelings, and then find a way to express them. Maybe he won't be so upset then. When you two argueing tell him that your not going to argue. Come back and talk when things have cooled off.
