you've tried to offer good advice as you see depression. depression has many layers, causes and affect. some of these are good "general" instructions for such a complicated illness. however, alot of ppl who deal with chronic depression are past most of the points in the list. that being said, it does NOT mean that someone new to depression/stress could not try some of these things in an attempt to help themselves. therefore, i think that it's a valuable thread!
you're trying to understand and help. i think that's admirable.
