You know not even all adults know what PTSD is. Confusion can happen at any age. Ive had posts where advice given wasnt for me. Thats not to say that other advice from them will be useless tho. Plus not everyone posts just for advice. Sometimes support is just that, a listening ear, a comforting hug etc. Oft times when i post i just need to a hear "That sounds hard to deal with, my sympathies". I dont want someone figuring out exactly what i should do and how.
