I have no anxiety at the actual interview at all. It is the night before and hours before the interview that I am VERY anxious to the point I cannot think straight. My heart is pounding in my chest, thoughts are racing uncontrolably, I feel dizzy, I feel like I am being forced to go to school for the first day of classes......list goes on.
I have tried relaxing techniques and sometimes they work. But I literally have to force myself out of bed and get myself ready for the interview 3 hours before it.
I am taking next week off from job interviews because it is making me feel physically ill.
