Yeah.. problems can't be settled or worked out in the least when members are on ignore ... no communication results in extreme reactions over time. I think a place where a MOD can take the issue with the members who are involved (private chat room?), and have like a conference to work it out, might be worth the effort? Good thinking sleeps
