I called my P-doc's office and it is like pulling teeth to get in there. I have an appointment Oct. 30 which I can't make it to. The next available is in December. I said that I needed something sooner than Oct. 30 because I have been having some issues that aren't unmanageable yet, but I don't wnat to ignore them. She said she might have a cancellation and I asked if she would call me if she did. She said no, because she didn't wnat to get my voicemail and then have an appointment be taken by the time I call back.

What a bunch of BS! The reason I ended up in the hospital for the second time this summer is because I couldn't get in.

I am a current patient. They get paid when I come in. Shouldn't they bend over backwards to get their patients in so that they don't have to go to the hospital?

Do they not care? What is worng with the healthcare system around here? !!

I am so angry!!! I am not yet at the point where I have to go to the hospital, and I am being responsible enough to call my p-doc when I think I need help!
