Hey there. First, if you are thinking, you are REAL. If you are an Alter within someone, you are REAL. You might not realize you are a part of the Host and you may deny it, but the truth is that you are ONE. So you are very much real. Just a part that has been put in a safe compartment for some reason. But always real.

It sounds like you might not feel as if your host is listening to you. Some hosts are so hurt that they don't know who to trust or listen to - even if it is their own parts inside them. It can be very painful and confusing to the host. But each alter has a right to be heard out. So for you, you will need to find a way to communicate clearly and respectfully with your host about your needs. Do it with love - as the saying goes "You get more bees with sugar than with salt" - or something like that :-)
