Anyway.
It's a really good thing that you have found an alternative to injuring yourself and this is
really positive! Most of the therapists I have known tell you to try alternatives such as drawing on yourself with a marker, sqeeuzing an ice cube etc to replace self harm in the short term and the fact that you are doing this makes me happy!
Sorry if you dont have a T, but if you do, ask her to speak to your family for you. She should explain WHY you do it and that this is a good thing.
