I hear you. I tend to get depressed on the weekends as well. And oddly enough, my T wants me to make a list of 30 things that I like - essentially things that are positive - weird coincidence.
Anyhow, this weekend I've promised myself I'm going to do everything in my power to NOT get depressed.
So far I've went and gotten groceries (something I hadn't done in about a month and 1/2), made a nice lunch (another thing that doesn't happen a lot), took a nap, did some readings, and baked cookies.
Maybe if you make a "list" of things that you can do that you enjoy it will help to make this weekend better for you as well.
