Honestly, I think the issue is a lot more complicated then gender. But with either I think it is equally wrong, that one is looked on as OK whereas the other isn't.
Now, if you are talking simply (Ha!) sexual culture, there is more of an inequality there.
If one is going to go through the actual act of "cheating", wouldn't it be better for everyone involved if they just broke off the relationship first?
