I completely agree with the above quote. If one has the desire to be with anyone other than their mate, I believe they should take care of the 1st relationship before carrying on with the 2nd. Not only is it fair to the mate to do this, it will certainly help with the 2nd relationship as well.
Life is too complicated even in it's simplest form to add more complications into the mix, especially when those complications can be controlled.
