Hi everyone,

I am 30 years old and have been having problems with my right breast. Actually it's my right nipple. It has been hurting so bad. It feels like someone is stabbing it with a knife or something really sharp.
I do get really tender breasts this time of year due to colder temps, and I have been putting lotion on them. Lotion does not seem to be working however for this problem.
I am scared to talk to my doc. because he/she will just think am crazy or maybe something is truley wrong with it. This is the first time this has happened to me.
I did have a breast reduction when was 19. But things were good after that, so I have no clue what is going on.
Can anyone help?
