Do you mean the name ("ECHOES") part of your sig, or do you feel there's too much space between the end of your post and the entire sig line (including line and all images)? If it's the latter, it looks fine to me. If you want to move your name up higher, you might be able to do it by placing the html code inside the BBCode, or whatever this forum uses. Basically, like this (without the spaces in the tags):

[ h t m l ]
<img src="http://www.linktoimage.com" align="top"></img>[ /h t m l]

I don't know if that'll work or not, but you can try it. You can "align" the image with the text. It's been a while since I used HTML, so I'm a bit rusty, but this is something you can try.
