I do have a T, actually she is a psychologist. She has been helping me for the past 3 years, and then when this came up she was so good at helping me. I should say she is so good.
Yes it is very very hard to understand. Right now my head is so noisy, and I want to do things that are bad...I don't know anymore...just feel like giving up now.
