I personally wouldn't recommend Victoria's Secret. I have enough trouble finding bras there that fit me, and I"m a 32B (used to be an A, quit ballet, went up a size!). For a few of their bras, the smallest size they come in is a 34A. I dont think I've ever seen a AA... Furthermore, they dont really size you well. Look up how to do it online and have your mom or a close friend do it -- it'll probably be more accurate.

In regarding stores, I would suggest checking your phone book or the internet. In my town there's a specialty underwear store that sells both really really small and really really large bras and everything in between. One of my friends at college who lives in a different state has said her town has a similar store. Try looking for a place like that.
