Hi all,
Just wondering is there many people that suffer from Anxiety disorder that don't take meds and just try to get through it naturally with exercise, diet and maybe some CBT??? Cognative Behavioural Therapy???
I really don't want to go down the road of having to take meds. I would suffer high states of anxiety on and off throughout the year but sometimes i can go months feeling okay.
I don't have depression and anxiety i would get down in the dumps sometimes because of my anxiety.
The holistic path would be the way i would like to go. Does anyone have any ideas?
I fear being sick and loosing my hair from worry and stress so maybe its Health Anxiety i suffer from as my fears or something dreadful is gonna happen to me or my family.
