Hi NC...
Something I noticed when I joined PC is that there is an ebb and flow to posts and replies. Sometimes a lot of folks will reply to many posts, sometimes a lot won't post replies. It waxes and wanes and is NOT personal. It all has to do with how each person is doing at any given time. I know sometimes when I am here I don't feel like posting as I feel I don't have anything to offer anyone. Other times...I have a lot to say.
As for professional writers.... I know of a few people who write quite well, but it really isn't a requirement.
