Hi all, there is a type of yoga meditation recomended by my yoga teacher. It's called "yoga nidra". It's a type of deep relaxation, sometimes guided imagry, self awareness. I guess it's sort of like the relaxation done at the end of a yoga class but on a much deeper level. You can log onto youtube and search yoga nidra. Lots of free guided meditations on there. Also you can google yoga nidra cd and you can google just yoga nidra. Some sites will come up explaining what exactly yoga nidra is. There are some cd's that offer a free listen before you buy. I'm looking into buying one to try out. There are also some great blogs on the home page of this site about mindfulness. Best wishes on your journey.
