Chelle, I went through this last year. I think the best thing is to see your T, or get one if you don't have one. I went off my meds completely but I would not have made it through the pregnancy or life if I didn't have my T who took me through every step of the way. If you want to take meds, I suggest starting at the 2nd trimester as the first trimester has the most risks. SSRI's a good to use during pregnany. It's really how you feel on wheather you should take them or not. But don't do this on yours own. See your T, pcdoc, physican who ever was treating you before.
