Depression blinds us to any vision of a better life...and I'm sorry you are feeling so down.
You are a worthwhile human being doing the best you can right now. Doing our best may not sound like much at times, but it takes effort for us to do even that.

Riding out these feelings is one of the hardest things I've done, but I have to believe it will get better. I know it will get better but I have to keep trying and not give up.
