I don't think anyone meant to offend you. I don't know of a single GP that will prescribe BCP without an exam. They do an exam to rule certain things out, and get a feel for your family history so they KNOW they are prescribing the correct birth control for you, if it's even right for you.

If you can get them in Mexico, then go for it. I wish you well and hope you don't put your health at serious risk.
