Little Ones can be very helpful with adult things... but we as the adult host have to guide them the way we would an outside child. Give them rewards like hugs inside and praise for doing things that you as the adult host want them to do. Also, give them chances to help with things that are adult that they might enjoy. Not just the chores. Let them go hide when it is chore time.

For example, my Little One last week at the end of therapy packed up my purse to make sure I didn't forget anything like my T journal or pen. Well, she got into that and since T likes her it helps. She was anxious to show him how well behaved she is becoming and packed it all away. Well, as I was leaving the office I noticed I didn't have my water bottle and stared looking around to see where I left it. T was helping me look for it. Then I heard Little One say "I PACKED IT AWAY!" I opened my purse and there it was!!! T and I both laughed about that one!

:-) Tons of safe hugs to the Littles :-)
Thanks for this!
