Do what you need to to offer yourself good self care. Breaks are okay....but I find that if I feel I am to a point where I am "non-functional" that it is best I stay put with my support network as opposed to run away and isolate.
We are always here for you!!! And regardless of if you take a break or not...you will always be welcome here!!

I started making a list for Fuzzy about how she IS functional. Can you take a peek at that and start to make a list in ways that you ARE functioning!! Sometimes, we can get so geared towards only seeing the negatives and they begin to take over...and we need to embrace our positives on a more active level in order for them to take out those negative thoughts and judgments we hold against ourselves!!
