I no longer take meds for my GAD. Since my depression has been in remission my GAD has eased up somewhat too. I have anxiety every day in some form or another but I seem to get passed it somehow. My panic attacks are also few and far between now. I really hated taking meds so I am glad that with breathing and exercise and better ways of handling stress, that I am able to cope.
