May I say something? Don't trust blindly about what you see or read in ther eyes... when one is upset and angry perception may be unreliable.

I agree. I work in Customer Service in a call center. As a child I was bullied, as a grown woman I have been bullied and it is very hard not to take things these people say on the phone in frustration personally. It was only recently I've been able to shrug most of that off. It's hard when your personality is like that of an over-eager puppy. (That's me!)

Hang in there, know the things they say are not true. When you drink, call a cab, call a friend, catch a bus. Please be safe!
