Hey Manda....
Everyone's system functions on it's own accord. Since you are just getting to know your system, it could be that your alters are feeling more comfortable revealing themselves to you, and/or you are becoming more attuned to your dissociative experiences.
Sometimes when I am under more stress, I will become more switchy. I think that T and I discovered a new alter over the last couple weeks. Someone was talking and didn't know their name. We thought it might be Chrissy....but Chrissy has always been real quiet. In fact...we're beginning to wonder if she is even with us anymore? When we ask for a name...we get Emily? And if we ask for an age....we get four. Chrissy is three? This would be the first new alter since March for us....
Have you tried leaving out a journal and maybe some crayons and paper, so if someone comes through they can introduce themselves?
Well....take care!!
