Kismet...lets be supportive. Calling someones fears 'disgusting and abnormal' is neither supportive nor helpful.
Carmen...I think you should use the others suggestions such as going outside and telling yourself there are no dead bodies and reassuring yourself. However, if you try your hardest at this and it doesn't work, then maybe you could benefit from a therapist? I'm not saying you have to go or need to go, you certainly seem aware of the problem, but sometimes people just need to know how to fix it and a therapist can help you with that.
