Why has the US approved this treatment? (Rhetorical)

The treatment is still being conducted under the research banner in AUS. They are using rTMS. Hmmm the article gave me food for thought. I found it very hard to understand.

The Dr who is conducting it at the Geelong clinic said that the impulses only went in a couple of centimetres. After that it just dissipated.

I don't like the thought of tension headaches as I get them enough already. Still waiting for a room so still thinking. Nothing is in concrete yet.
