Did you know that you are right Fuzzy? That our triggers do belong to us, that is so wise. But you know my T told me today that sometimes when we do things that seem to hurt others, it's our own protector coming out, to make others know how we felt at the time we were hurt if we are triggered? When I say our own protector I mean the hurt person inside who puts our defences up for us .. sometimes this seems as though we are punishing others when in fact we are just showing others how WE felt .... am I making any sense?? Gosh I'm useless at explaining .... I'll shut up now
