Hon...this is why you have a T. To help you work through this....and to give you a thorough/educated eval.
She can't help you learn about what you're experiencing if you don't share your symptoms with her.
One of the T's that diagnosed me....I had 3 opinions....told me that it is good to learn about what you are experiencing from books, but that ultimately it is better if you learn about what you are experiencing from your experiences.
You are not a textbook...and if, for one reason or another you can't discuss this with T right now, all the information you read is just going to lead you down a road to more confusion and more questions.
Talk with T....she is there to help you through!!
