We live in Australia and sadly it is a disorder seen by many
especially goverment doctors and the hospitals as an "American" disorder
and refuse to speak with alters as it is "not condusive to our treatment"
but luckly we did find someone again it took 16yrs but we found her
sadly we had to leave her behind when we moved interstate.
I am not sure of how doctors see it in the states only here in Australia.
