I stuck them on, on Wed, knowing I was going to visit my twin grandsons and didn't want to be smoking around them or my daughter and her husband, both ex-smokers. By last night, I was in a full-blown anxiety attack, ripped the patch off and went to the store for cigs. I hated for my daughter to see me so weak!
I tried this several months ago as well, going for a couple of weeks, and experienced the same. Initially, they take the desire for smoking away, but then I find myself experiencing anxiety.
Has anyone else here tried the patches? What was your experience?
