There's a professional association for dream study, http://www.asdreams.org/, The International Association for the Study of Dreams and I just learned they have a home study section where it's possible to get continuing education credits:

I think I'll give it a try (anything that requires reading and self-study is a game to me)! Have to figure out which book I want to start with.
