One of my teacher friends, another smoker, female, my age, told me that a nurse friend of hers said smoking is as or more addictive than heroin. I'm struggling with it mightily. I am thinking "cold turkey" may be the best solution. Just gotta get up my determination. I think a vigorous exercise regimen, walking daily and maybe even a gym would help!
