Ok here we go again. The first one of this was begun after the new year... and I can safely say I haven't gained any weight to this point. I fit in one size smaller than I did... but I need to continue... The idea I had/have is no real discussion on this... tidbits of info etc that's good, but try and keep the main focus JUST listing what you ate that day. Food is neither good nor bad, in general.... what helps us best to rearrange our thinking about our eating is to realize, own up to, be truthful to ourselves about, what we put into our systems.... that 's it. No blame, no shame...
Today I ate a fat free pudding. Then I had grilled chicken, steamed broccoli, salad with vinegarette dressing. Brought half home for tomorrow. Oh I also had that tiramisu I wanted for my birthday cake yesterday

and decaf coffee. Lots of water!
