Rhiannon,
Do you see a Pdoc and/or a T? You really need to bring this up with your clinician (preferably someone who has experience and skill in diagnosing and treating adults with ADHD).
Did the same clinician diagnose you with your other disorders? If different ones diagnosed you (either at different times or the same time-frame), I suggest seeing a whole new one altogether to clarify and get a second opinion. A lot of things overlap.
The quizzes online and even on paper, are just guides of a sort. ADHD for instance, is often misdiagnosed as Bipolar in adults... and oftentimes diagnosed together. It's so hard to tell, you really have to see a professional and be direct that you think you have ADHD. Bring the results to review the symptoms with them, and then let us know what the result is.
PS---ADHD isn't really horrible or anything. In fact it's often a lot of fun----IF we control the ADHD and the ADHD isn't controlling us.
