Thanks everyone for your help! I must be REALLY dense because turns out all I had to do was actually go into the VLC media player and then search for the video file from there. Previously, I had just been clicking on the video from the UTorrent program and trying to play it straight from UTorrent, which was my problem. It didn't occur to me to play it from the VLC program. (I swear, sometimes I am sooo slow!!). Thank you all for your help and advice.. I will keep your suggestions in mind if I have future problems!
