It is taking time. The session brought up a lot of PTSD stuff and I'm slowly packing it back away.

I go back next Thursday. We had discussed twice a week but right now financially that is impossible. But I don't know if I could deal with this twice a week. Then I would feel awful all the time.

Thanks Jac! I think I need to reiterate needing time at the end of the session to "cool down". I can't see a clock in there so it is hard for me to know exactly how much time has passed. T has the pattern of working right up until the end.
