Good for you ! So did I. Same behavior. My boss is a real jerk, asking me to justify everything !! All was my fault. Threats, threats, threats.
This people have big issues. They need a BIG slap in the face. What am I saying 100 BIG slaps in the face. Yes, you should report him.
